How do I update my account information?

You can update and view your orders under 'My Account' section by signing in with your account credentials.
My Account allows you to:

  • Manage or edit your personal information like name, address, contact information, email id
  • Change your password
  • Check the status of your order

How do I unsubscribe from the newsletter/promotional emails?

You can unsubscribe under newsletter subscription section in My Account.

Where do I view my orders?

You can view or track your orders under my account section.

Where do I view my order confirmation?

Once order is confirmed and we receive the payment, an email containing all the details of the order is sent to you. A unique order ID/transaction ID, a list of ordered items and the expected delivery timeframe is notified. We will notify you once the ordered items are shipped providing the shipping details with shipment tracking number.

What should I do if I don’t receive order confirmation email?

We request you to check for confirmation email in Spam folder/section of your email account. Also we suggest you to add all email notifications from yagyapuja into your address book so that all emails sent by yagyapuja are delivered into your inbox. Alternatively, please Contact Us to know your order details.

How do I order an item listed as 'Out of Stock'?

The items listed as 'Out of Stock' will not be available for sale. You can use 'Notify Me' feature or alternatively Contact Us to know the availability of the product.

Do I need to have an account to shop on yagyapuja?

While making a payment you can select a Guest Checkout option to shop on yagyapuja. However we recommend that you create an account so as to:

  • Rate/Review products

Can I order products with Gift wrapping?

Currently we do not provide gift wrapping. But soon we intend to start gift wrapping and similar new features.

How do I pay for products/services on yagyapuja?

Yagyapuja has partnered with CCAvenue and PayPal to provide you with trusted and highly secured multiple payment options.
You may use Credit/Debit cards, ATM-cum-Debit cards, Net Banking, Cash cards and Mobiles payment options to make your purchase at yagyapuja.

Do you levy any hidden charges (Octroi or Sales Tax) when i purchase on yagyapuja?

We do not levy any kind of hidden charges on products/services available for purchase on yagyapuja. Price displayed against every product/service is inclusive of all charges except shipping charges.
However, please note for international shipments, there might be additional charges that are levied by customs of the country in which the buyer is residing. Buyer will be responsible for such charges.
Customs policies vary from country to country. It is advised to buyer, to contact your local customs office for any further information.

Do you provide Cash on Delivery (COD) payment option?

Currently we do not provide Cash on Delivery option, but soon this option will be available.

Is my credit/debit card details safe on yagyapuja?

At yagyapuja, we never store your credit/debit card details. Our payment solution providers provide highest levels of security by using 256-bit encryption technology to protect your card information while securely transmitting it to the respective banks for payment processing. Further, banks now use the 3D secure password service for online transactions, providing an additional layer of security through identity verification. You can register for 3D secure password for your credit/debit card by visiting your banks website.

Is Internet banking mode of payment available with yagyapuja?

Yes, you can also make payment against your order by using your banks Internet banking service.

Does yagyapuja provide EMI payment scheme?

No, currently we do not provide EMI payment option. But soon we intend to start this service and will be communicated accordingly on the website.

How do I redeem coupon code/ promotional voucher?

Please enter the coupon code/ promotional code in Discount codes option while making a checkout. Coupon code will be instantly applied and final amount will be displayed.
 


Shipping and Order Status

What are the shipping rates?

Currently we ship Prasad through registered post free of cost anywhere in the world. Soon we will start express delivery of Prasad through reputed courier service providers.
Shipping of Vedic products is carried out through courier services. Shipping rates vary according to the location.

Do you ship Prasad and products to international location?

Yes Prasad is shipped anywhere in the world. But we do not ship vedic products to international locations.
Please read the product details before ordering them to international locations. In future we intend to start shipping some of the products to international locations.

Do you ship hard copies of Astrology Reports?

No, we do not ship any hard copies/ print outs or any other material related to Astrology products and services. All Astrology reports are sent through email in PDF format.

Do you ship video CD's of my puja that was performed?
No, we do not ship CD's or USB material consisting puja videos. All videos will be uploaded to yagyapuja's exclusive YouTube channel and corresponding link will be communicated via email.
The video will be available to view for a period of 14 days.

When will I receive my Prasad/Product?

Free shipping approximately takes 12-15 days and may take longer in case of international locations. Prasad is sent under free shipping through registered post.
Products are shipped through reputed courier services. Shipping within India approximately takes 4-5 days and 10-12 days for international locations.
Orders received before 4 PM [IST] will be shipped on the same day.

Will I get the notification once my Prasad/Product is shipped?

Yes, you will be notified once your Prasad/Product is shipped. Shipping details will be emailed to you so as to track the shipment.

When will I receive Astrology reports?

Once we receive an order, our astrologers will start working on your requirement and your report will be shipped within 24 hrs.

Please note we do not use any automated system to generate reports. All calculations and predictions are done manually by our qualified astrology team.
Hence we usually take 12-24 hrs in preparing the astrology reports.
