Shipping & Returns

Delivery / Shipment of Prasad

The Prasad will be sent after the Puja is performed via India post or reputed courier service. Under Free Shipping, the Prasad will be sent via normal post and will be reach within 15-20 working days from the Puja Date.
There is also the option of sending Prasad through Courier services with tracking features, under Paid Shipping. In this case the Prasad should reach within 5-7 days from the Puja Date. (Only Non Perishable items are sent as Prasad for health and safety reasons). This includes Dry Prasad, Sindur Tilak/Kumkum, Bhasm/Vibhuthi, Kalai Dhaga.

Video - If at the time of placing puja order, video recording of the puja is selected, then puja video will be uploaded on's exclusive You Tube channel and the corresponding link will be emailed. The video will be available on for a period of 14 days.

Delivery / Shipment of Vedic Products

All Vedic products will be shipped via reputed courier service. Some of the products can only be shipped within India due to custom barriers. Please read the Shipping Details section of each product while placing an order.


Most countries do levy import duties and taxes as per the country's rules and policies. In case of any additional charges that are levied for custom clearance, buyer will be responsible of paying such charges. holds no control over these charges and we cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary form country to country. It is advised to buyer, to contact your local customs office for any further information.

Additionally, when you place order with, you are considered the importer of goods and must comply with all laws and regulations of the country in which the goods are received.

Returns Policy

Returns will effect only in case of damaged or faulty products that are delivered to a buyer from our side. In case of claiming a refund against a damaged product, a buyer has to return the shipment within 7 days of receipt of the shipment. If we find return is due to error from, we'll arrange for a refund along with the shipping cost. In case the product is found to be damaged in shipment, then holds no responsibility and the shipping company will be responsible towards the damage of the product. Though we don't assure, we will assist and co-operate with the buyer towards getting claim reiumbursed from the shipping company.
In case buyer wants to cancel the order, he can do so before the product is shipped. In this case a flat 5% processing fee and 12.5% service tax will be deducted from the refund amount.
If buyer demands replacement in case of damaged goods that was delivered from our end, we will replace the goods with no additional cost.


A buyer will be notified via email once we receive returned product. Post examination of the product, buyer will be informed accordingly. In case of refund, payment will be done via electronic transfer of amount in buyers bank account within 7-14 business days after the return is received at our end. Please note that shipping costs are refunded only if its a error from our end.

Packing and Sending Your Return

A buyer is expected to pack the product securely and attach a slip with his name and contact details along with the reason of return.
